A 15-year-old boy has been formally charged after he allegedly raped a 7-year-old boy on a Jennings County school bus.
The Jennings County Juvenile Probation Department is overseeing the investigation and confirmed to 13News that the incident happened April 16 on a school bus for students with special needs.
