SPENCERVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A 19-year-old who died in a two-vehicle crash in northeast Allen County has been identified by the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
At 9:33 a.m. Tuesday, an SUV was traveling west on Campbell Road when it collided with another vehicle that was traveling north on State Road 101.
