Jonathan Mulvihill was charged with three counts of felony neglect, one Level 1 and two Level 6, in connection with 4-year-old Dominic Wood dying from cocaine and fentanyl toxicity in 2022. A plea agreement signed by Mulvihill on Wednesday calls for him to plead guilty to the lower-level felony neglect charges and an added Level 3 felony neglect charge.
