FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A Fort Wayne student will soon be on the Indianapolis 500 track filming content.
Bryce Garrett, a freshman at Huntington University, attended the Indy 500 last year with his friend’s family. He decided to bring a camcorder he found in his parents’ basement to film some of the race.
“I made up a little video and woke up the next morning with like 5,000 likes, some race teams had noticed it, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway reposted it,” Garrett says. “Eight months later, they asked me if I would be interested in doing the ambassadorship, and I said, ‘Absolutely!’”…
