FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Fort Wayne Mayor Sharon Tucker will visit the Summit City’s Polish sister city Thursday through Sunday as the partnership marks its 35th year.
Tucker will visit Plock with a delegation from Fort Wayne, which will take part in the traditional European Picnic. The mayor will also join in a policy discussion with other cities regarding supporting senior and elderly communities.
“I’m looking forward to my first visit to one of our sister cities,” Tucker said. “This will be a tremendous opportunity as I want to help ensure that Fort Wayne is a good neighbor with a commitment to friendship and peace.”…
