FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A Fort Wayne man received a sentence of more than 17 years in prison in U.S. District Court Tuesday after pleading guilty to several drug counts, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Willie J. Hatch, 32, was sentenced to 210 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to five drug counts, and a jury also found him guilty of a firearm offense.

According to documents in the case, Hatch sold methamphetamine to a DEA informant on four separate occasions in 2022, while also having a gun as a “prohibited person.”
