First Alert Forecast: Dipping into the 30s by Saturday morning

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A few chilly mornings are ahead with temperatures dropping into the 30s by Saturday morning. Despite the cooler dip, a steady northwest wind should help to minimize the frost risk. It’s best to water your plants a bit extra before the cooler dip out of an abudance of caution.

Some light, occasional showers are possible today, especially in the morning. We’ll gradually dry out as the day goes on. Clouds will break apart throughout Thursday, we’ll even have some sunshine by this evening! Expect modest highs with temperatures only reaching the upper 50s.

A drier trend takes hold for Friday into the weekend. Temperatures will make it into the mid 60s for Memorial Day weekend…
