FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Police have arrested two teenagers in connection to the shooting of an elderly Fort Wayne woman.
Just before 2 a.m. on Sunday, June 1, police were called to the 900 block of Colerick Street where they found 86-year-old Alice Hall with an apparent gunshot wound. Life-saving efforts were made before medics pronounced her dead at the scene.
Friday morning, the Fort Wayne Police Department notified the media that they arrested two people in connection with the killing. Devon Stewart, Jr., 18, was taken into custody in the 4200 block of Bowser Avenue and William Britt, 18, was found and arrested in the 3400 block of North Wells.
