FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A concerned neighbor says that Thursday night, she was outside smoking a cigarette on her balcony when she heard a man begin yelling at a woman to get in his trunk.
Tuesday morning, Fort Wayne Police confirmed they are investigating this incident.
