FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The City of Fort Wayne has narrowed down the field of candidates to “potentially serve” as the master developer of the North River property to two finalists.
On Monday, city officials issued a press release announcing Price Brothers Development and Related Midwest as the two finalists after months of looking at a selection of 20 development teams that submitted requests for qualifications.
