Questions remain as Indiana seeks to execute 3rd death row inmate since hiatus

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Last year, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita and then Gov. Eric Holcomb announced they were seeking to resume executions after a 15-year hiatus.
