KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WPTA) – John and Lee Wicker didn’t like the direction the Noble County Community Fair was heading.
They decided to change that by offering to buy the fairgrounds.
“We have to stand up and make a difference,” John Wicker said. “If we don’t stand and make a difference now, and it goes the other direction, we can at least hold our heads up to this community and go, ‘Hey, we tried. We stood here and tried.’”…
