ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) shared it will introduce a traffic pattern change to State Road 3 for ongoing construction in northwest Allen County.
INDOT officials say on or after July 18, S.R. 3 will transition to one lane for each direction of traffic on the northbound side between Carroll and Hathaway Roads.
