FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A Fort Wayne fire captain with 35 years on the department is suing the department and the city, claiming he experienced racial discrimination and a hostile work environment.
Captain Miguel Rosales has been with the Fort Wayne Fire Department since 1990. In a federal lawsuit, he says he experienced “severe emotional distress” because of situations that happened at work.
