WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — U.S. Marshals are searching for a man wanted for rape and are asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect.
Clinton Robert Billman was charged in Wells County with rape, criminal confinement with bodily injury, domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, strangulation and intimidation: threat to commit a forcible felony.
Billman is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and is described as a bald, white man with brown eyes, standing at 5-foot-9-inches, and weighing 155 pounds…
