Suspect admits argument led to stabbing at Fort Wayne home: court docs

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – An argument over sleeping arrangements allegedly led to Thursday night’s stabbing at a home on the city’s south side, according to newly filed Allen Superior Court documents.

Police identified the suspect as 25-year-old Draylon Crutchfield, who allegedly admitted to the stabbing.

Shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Stardale Drive. Inside a home off Paulding and Hessen Cassel roads, investigators found a man with multiple stab wounds.
