FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Parking changes are coming to the Allen County Public Library’s main library in downtown Fort Wayne.
On Aug. 18, the library will remove the gates at the three surface parking lots on Harrison, Wayne and Webster Streets and the underground parking garage on Wayne Street.
