FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The first-ever Summit City Carnival kicks off Friday and promises to be the “biggest carnival Fort Wayne has ever seen.”
The carnival, which will be held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, is set to go through Aug. 9.
