First Alert Forecast: Damp start to the day, milder trend arrives

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – It’s a wet start to the day as scattered showers, and even a few storms, roll through the region. While the bulk of rain will fall early this morning, a few lingering showers are possible into the afternoon. We’ll fully dry up and clear out by this evening.

Milder air pushes in today as highs fall back into the 70s. While it will still be a bit muggy with the rain today, humidity will drop into the weekend. The weekend shapes up to be sunny and dry with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. It looks ideal for all of your outdoor plans!
