FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A fire broke out in a home off of Columbia Avenue Saturday evening.
At around 7:55 pm, Fort Wayne dispatch received a call reporting a house fire. The flames burst from the roof of the home, bringing eight fire vehicles and two ambulances.
The firefighters utilized the extending ladders on the trucks to reach the fire on the second story of the home.
No current condition was reported for the residents, but a WANE 15 crew member reported that a person was brought out on a stretcher…
