‘Serendipity’: Bridgeport opens its doors for a First Taste event

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Bridgeport, a new fine dining experience in Fort Wayne, opened its doors for the first time in a First Taste event on Friday.

Chef Marcus Daniel said he wants to present dishes that guests are familiar with in an unconventional way. Fresh-made agnolotti pasta, an Asian-inspired stroganoff and an octopus gyro appeared on the menu at the First Taste event Friday night.
