Humane World Indiana Director reacts to formal charges filed against 2 men in dog fighting investigation

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Samantha Chapman, Indiana director of Humane World, wants people to know that dog fighting is still a problem in the Hoosier state, as two Fort Wayne men were accused of involvement with dog fighting were formally charged on Monday.
