NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) – Friday marked the groundbreaking for a 140,000-square-foot sports complex coming to New Haven.
Construction on the New Haven District, formerly known as Fields of Grace, kicked off Friday with the first building blocks of the New Haven Fieldhouse. The complex will be located off Minnich and Moeller roads near Interstate 469.
The fieldhouse will include five basketball courts that can be converted to 10 volleyball courts. That’s in addition to 65,000 square feet of indoor turf, which can be used for other sports and alternate purposes.
Parkview Sports Medicine is partnering with developer Card & Associates to bring an athletic center to the complex focused on rehabilitation, orthopedics, sports nutrition, performance training and more.
