FORT WAYNE — Gray Media Inc. has agreed to purchase 10 television stations from Allen Media Group Inc. for $171 million, including four in Indiana.
The Indiana TV stations are:
- WEVV CBS/FOX in Evansville.
- WFFT FOX in Fort Wayne.
- WTHI CBS/FOX in Terre Haute.
- WLFI CBS in West Lafayette.
If approved, stations in Alabama, Illinois, Louisiana, and Mississippi will also be acquired.
The stations currently being sold are not only Gray news outlets in the Hoosier state. Gray also owns WPTA-TV Channel 21 in Fort Wayne, WNDU-TV Channel 16 in South Bend and WFIE-TV Channel 14 in Evansville…
