What to know about Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – WANE 15 spoke with officials at Lutheran’s Children Hospital Friday on how parents and caregivers can identify and treat symptoms of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease. The disease, also known as Coxsackievirus, is highly contagious, especially in schools and daycares.
