Fire ignites in bedroom at southeast Fort Wayne home

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A bedroom caught fire on Monday afternoon at a southeast Fort Wayne home.

The Fort Wayne Fire Department arrived at 3:56 p.m. at the 3300 block of Central Dr. in response to a house fire alert.

Upon arrival, FWFD noticed smoke emanating from the front of the house. Firefighters were able to put out the small fire located in one of the bedrooms, and it was under control within 10 minutes…
