Fort Wayne Google data center wants more diesel generators and fuel

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) posted a new application by Hatchworks, LLC, the builders of the Fort Wayne Google data center, that has an environmental watchdog group sounding the alarm.

“This is a massive expansion of their onsite backup diesel generators,” said Ben Inskeep, Program Director of The Citizens Action Coalition.
