FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Sweetwater has been recognized as a Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplace for 2025, ranking 12th globally. This marks the first time the Fort Wayne-based music gear retailer has made the list, which honors companies fostering high-performing, values-driven cultures.
Sweetwater also received special recognition for its efforts in wellbeing and inclusion, supporting employees with programs that encourage them to bring their true selves to work.
