FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – City and Electric Works leaders announce on Wednesday the campus is closer to bringing its vision for the future to the Summit City.
Crowds gather outside the Union Parking Garage to learn more about a new mixed-income and mixed-age apartment complex, as well as a new mural.
