FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Fort Wayne’s youth gathered at the Foellinger Theater this Saturday to attend the Youth Violence Prevention Forum.
Hosted by The Mayor’s Youth Engagement Council (MYEC), community leaders, including Mayor Sharon Tucker, met with a group of students to have a conversation about violence among young people in Fort Wayne.
The invitation for young people to make their voices heard was launched earlier this month. Youth could enter as many questions as they wanted, or open topics to be discussed at the forum…
