DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – One person was taken to the hospital for evaluation after a single-vehicle crash in DeKalb County on Friday.
According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened near the 333-mile marker of northbound I-69 around 5:30 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indicates that the driver believed there was an exit in the area and attempted to take it, causing their vehicle to go off-road, where it struck a ditch about a quarter mile east of the highway…
