Fort Wayne Drug Arrest: Police Recover Meth, Cocaine, and Fentanyl in Sting Operation

Fort Wayne, IN –Detectives with the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Division concluded a month-long narcotics investigation with the arrest of Alexis M. Springer, who allegedly sold fentanyl to an undercover detective, officials announced Monday.

According to police, Springer—who is currently enrolled in Allen County Drug Court—allegedly sold about 10 grams of fentanyl during the investigation. When taken into custody at 624 E. Lewis Street around 7:26 p.m. on October 20, detectives reportedly found 18.1 grams of methamphetamine, 3.9 grams of fentanyl, and 1.6 grams of cocaine…
