FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — At a time when Coliseum Boulevard was the original California Road, Roller Dome North stood among a few other businesses in an area now considered one of the most densely developed spots in Fort Wayne.
“[The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum] was being built at the exact time we were being built,” said Kim Wall, president of operations for Roller Dome North. “As a matter of fact, the order for the steel for this building got preempted and shipped to the Coliseum.”
