FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) — Allen County commissioners are set to review a proposed agreement with Butler, Fairman & Seufert, Inc. on Friday to conduct a comprehensive study of the Hillegas Road corridor. This study aims to outline future federally funded improvements for the road, which connects several key areas in Fort Wayne.
The study will focus on Hillegas Road from Illinois Road to State Boulevard. It will include developing conceptual plans and estimating construction costs for the roadway, drainage, intersections, pedestrian facilities, and lighting.
