New Portrait Wall Honors Nebraska Neighborhood’s History and Community Connections

The Nebraska Neighborhood, west of downtown Fort Wayne, recently unveiled a new portrait wall. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the corner of West Main and Fry streets. Neighbors and City staff attended the event.
