The Nebraska Neighborhood, west of downtown Fort Wayne, recently unveiled a new portrait wall. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the corner of West Main and Fry streets. Neighbors and City staff attended the event.
The portrait wall displays photographs and quotes from current and former residents. It highlights personal memories and the area’s history.
