Motorcycle club dedicates flag pole to WWI veterans

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A local motorcycle club donated and dedicated a flag pole as part of an effort to honor World War I veterans.

On Saturday, the Warrior Breed Motorcycle Club (WBMC) partnered with Shambaugh & Son LP and the Fort Wayne Parks Department to erect a 45-foot stainless steel flagpole in the Memorial Grove Section of Memorial Park.

The flagpole’s donation is the second phase of WBMC’s effort known as MP-125, which began in 2018 with the purchase and replanting of 125 trees to honor and recognize Allen County Veterans who lost their lives in World War I…
