FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Municipal leaders of Northeast Indiana gathered Friday afternoon to discuss Indiana’s Senate Enrolled Act 1 and its effects it has on communities. The regional roundtable meeting was hosted by Accelerate Indiana Municipalities, or AIM.
The meeting, titled “Aim Regional Roundtable on SEA 1 Realities & Proposed Solutions,” brought together local elected officials to discuss the potential impacts of the bill. Leaders from all over Northeast Indiana attended, including mayors from Columbia City, Auburn, Angola, New Haven, Huntington, and Bluffton.
