Heffelfinger announced as Garrett’s new police chief

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — The Garrett Common Council announced Tuesday that Mark Heffelfinger is the new police chief.

During Tuesday’s Common Council meeting, Garrett Mayor Todd Fiandt introduced the new police chief to the city.
