ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) — A project years in the making has continued its trek toward completion as crews work to construct a new jail for Allen County.
On Thursday, Allen County provided the latest update for the facility, which will be located at 2911 Meyer Road near New Haven and replace the current jail that has stood in downtown Fort Wayne since 1981.
