WARSAW — A Travel Watch has been issued for Kosciusko, Elkhart, Fulton, Marshall, Noble, and Whitley Counties.
The Indiana Department of Homeland Security states that a Travel Watch means that conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. They request that drivers only perform essential travel; and businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations implement emergency action plans.
