INDIANA — Two people have been arrested in connection with a Sunday shooting at a Fort Wayne hotel that left one man injured.
The Fort Wayne Police Department announced Thursday that officers arrested 18-year-old Jamya Nelson and 28-year-old Alonta Walker. Both are accused of involvement in the shooting at the Travelers Inn located in the 4600 block of East Washington Boulevard.
Officers responded to the hotel Sunday afternoon and found a man in the lobby suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where medics determined his injuries were non-life-threatening…
