INDIANAPOLIS — The bill before Indiana House members Thursday, Dec. 4 might have been about creating a new casino license for Fort Wayne, but the discussion was far more complicated.
Rep. Ethan Manning – chair of the House Public Policy Committee – said he knows of four or five competing casino bills this session with different ideas. He encourages the hearing as a starting point of the overall discussion.
