DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) Two people were taken to a hospital after a crash on I-69 in Auburn early Tuesday morning.
The crash took place just after 7 a.m. near mile marker 226 south of the State Road 8 interchange according to a news release from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department.
Police determined that a pickup truck in the passing lane going north slowed down for another vehicle that had entered the lane. In doing so, the pickup slid into a car in an attempt to avoid hitting another vehicle.
Both drivers complained of injuries and were taken by EMS to the hospital…
