UPDATE (9:30 a.m.):
The Fort Wayne Police Department says that a fatal crash Thursday morning started as a pursuit when a vehicle fled a traffic stop close to Lawton Place and Griswold Drive.
The FWPD says that just after 6 a.m., the fleeing vehicle hit another vehicle but kept going. When turning onto Spy Run, the vehicle struck a pedestrian in the roadway. They were later pronounced dead at the scene…
