Crash in west Fort Wayne causes injuries

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Fort Wayne Police responded to a crash with injuries Saturday night, west of downtown Fort Wayne.

According to Allen County dispatchers, all of the injuries reported were non-life-threatening. The crash happened at the intersection of Hillegas Rd. and Illinois Rd just before 10 p.m.

A WANE 15 crew member at the scene said at least two vehicles were involved. One was a pickup truck, and the other was a sedan, which suffered heavy damage.
