WINONA LAKE, Ind. (WANE) – In one of the premier matchups of Grace College’s Champions of Character Classic, Warsaw wore down Blackhawk Christian in the second half to win, 45-34, on Saturday.
Tied at 20 at halftime, the Tigers held the Braves to 14 second half points. Mydin Burgher led Warsaw with 16 points, while Drew Jones added 13.
Meanwhile, several high school basketball games were postponed due to winter weather across northeast Indiana.
