FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control (FWACC) partnered with the BISSELL Pet Foundation for four of its ‘Empty the Shelters’ adoption events in 2025.
The two animal welfare organizations say the collaboration helped over 600 animals find homes.
