WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The Indiana State Police (ISP) is investigating the death of a man after he was hit by three cars on US 24.
On Monday, around 6:45 p.m., ISP arrived at the scene of a three-car crash that involved a pedestrian on US 24, west of County Road S 800 E.
Pedestrian hit by 3 vehicles, killed on US 24 at Whitley County line
According to a press release from ISP, upon initial investigation, officers determined that for unknown reasons, Vincente Ramos, 32, of Adrian, Michigan, walked into the road and was struck by an SUV, a car, and a pickup truck traveling west on US 24.
Vincente Ramos passed away on scene and was identified by the Whitley County Coroner’s office, who informed Ramos’ family of his passing…
