Egg Boom in Indiana: Michigan Producer Invests $20M in New Facility in Noble County

Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, which is based in Michigan, says it is investing more than $20 million to build a new egg processing facility in Kendallville, Indiana.

When complete in the spring of 2026, the project is expected to create 60 jobs, according to Inside INdiana Business.
