FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The City of Fort Wayne has issued a 72-hour notice that a homeless encampment will be cleaned up. The encampment started to overrun onto the Rivergreenway Trail underneath the Veterans Memorial Bridge on Spy Run Avenue.
The 72 hour notice was posted this morning. Cleanup may commence on Monday. The FWPD shared with me that a lot of the materials had already been removed when the sign was posted today.
